Hello!
I'm Amy, and I have been fortunate to spend my entire life surrounded by horses. From my earliest memories, horses have been an integral part of my journey, shaping my career and fueling my passion for their well-being.
My Journey
Growing up with horses, I learned the importance of dedication, patience, and compassion in their care. Over the years, I have gained extensive hands-on experience in various aspects of equine management, from grooming and training to health and nutrition. This lifelong connection has instilled in me a deep understanding of horses' needs and the commitment required to provide them with the best care possible.
My Purpose
In 2012, I decided to channel my passion and expertise into a focused business model dedicated to equine retirement boarding. I recognized a growing need for specialized care for senior horses and was inspired to create a haven (Sundog Ranch) where they could enjoy their golden years in comfort and peace.
Since then, I have worked tirelessly to develop a facility that prioritizes the health, happiness, and dignity of retired horses. My approach combines a thorough understanding of their unique needs with a commitment to creating a supportive and enriching environment. I believe that every horse deserves a loving home and the best possible care, especially after a lifetime of service and companionship.
Let's Connect
I am always eager to connect with fellow horse lovers and those interested in equine retirement boarding. Whether you have questions, need advice, or are looking for a trusted home for your retired horse, I am here to help. Together, we can make a positive difference in the lives of these amazing animals.
